Hi! My name is Tracy Braunstein. I am the wife of a wonderful husband/father and a mom of 2 amazing boys. Joshua is 5 (and a half) cause if you have a 5 year old you know how important that “half” is J My little Jason is almost 2. I can’t put into words how much I love my kids… I could spontaneously combust when I think about it. They allow me to see life through their eyes. They give me my purpose for being.
Since 1998 I ran my own business called Cast-A-Way Cruise & Resort Hiring Agency which is still running to this day. I am so proud of what Cast-A-Way has grown into and has become. In 2012 after I successfully sleep trained my second child I was hooked. On what you might ask? Well, on sleep…infant & child sleep to be exact. When I was ready to sleep train Jason, I had to seek help from the USA as there was no local sleep consultant that I was able to find. Once I saw firsthand what a true rested child looked like, and how the science of sleep works, I fell in love and my light bulb once again lit up. I did my certification and became an infant & child sleep consultant and SleepTight Solutions was born. This is what I was meant to do. I am so passionate about my work and I feel so privileged to be able to help so many babies, toddlers, children and families get the rest they were so desperately lacking.
Secrets of a WOWMOM
Always know your priorities…Take care of yourself and your family first. A happy healthy mommy, and happy RESTED healthy kids means you can balance and be successful in other areas of your life.
What inspires me
My mom is always my source of strength and comfort. What I have already accomplished in my life. Most of all being my children.

A good bottle of red, always stay organized, my to do list (which allows me to sleep at night) 🙂
My best WOWMOM advice
Be present in every moment. Choose your battles and always look at the bigger picture. Most things just aren’t as important as we think they are.
My WOW moment
I have 2.. the birth of each of my boys. Maybe 3… every time I help a sleep deprived family restore health, rest and relationships in their home.
My not-so WOW moment
Being on my phone too much and hearing my kids say “Mommy.. no more phone!” (even if it is work related).
Keeping it WOW (how not to lose yourself)
Always remembering how blessed I am… there is always someone out there having a really really bad day, much worse than whatever inconvenience or chaos I may be experiencing at that moment.
Favourite MOMent of the day
When kids are in bed fast asleep (nice and early) and I can sit down, take a deep breath and take it all in with a smile.
Does balance exist?
What do you consider balance? It’s subjective. Some days yes and some days no. The pressure to have complete balance every day will definitely throw off your “balance”.

My dad, Eric Braunstein. He was the kindest soul I have ever met.

Words Of Wisdom (Mom’s message to My Kids)
Be kind. Always speak your truth (as my mom would always tell me) and it works. We are all just people, don’t ever be intimidated by anyone or anything, no matter how “important or influential “ they may be. Remember that they also poop, fart, burp and laugh J Anything you set your mind to is possible. Don’t always be looking behind or beside you to see what other people are doing, follow your own instincts, your own heart, and lead your life with your own mind. NEVER EVER EVER SMOKE, it stole your grandfather’s life way too soon. Surround yourself with people that love you and that make you laugh. Always protect your health as it’s the only thing that really matters if it’s ever lost.
